- Comply with the policies of each marketplace or platform you sell on, and with all applicable laws.
- Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.
3. Fees and payment
Package prices and partnership terms are shown on our website or in your proposal. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are due before work begins and are payable in US dollars. Any refund or satisfaction guarantee applies only as described in your agreement.
4. Results
E-commerce performance depends on many factors outside our control, including marketplace policies, competition, demand and product quality. Examples, statistics and projections on our website illustrate past or typical outcomes and are not a guarantee of specific sales, profits or rankings.

Your use of each platform is subject to that platform’s own terms, and we are not responsible for decisions they make, such as account suspensions or policy changes.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this website belong to USA Ecom Automations or its licensors. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, except for our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, which remain ours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Ecom Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
Either party may end the services as described in your agreement. We may suspend or end access to our website or services if you breach these Terms or use them unlawfully.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
